Sam Hennes who is the CEO is a seasoned, visionary entrepreneur with two successful exits as Founder and CEO.  He has over 22 years of experience ideating, developing and scaling sales and marketing solutions for businesses of all sizes.  He is a specialist in strategy formulation, operations management, and partner development.  He advises/consults with small, medium and large-scale companies and also invests in early stage companies.

Mr. Hennes is an entrepreneur with an eye for opportunity.  When an opportunity presents itself he takes action.

His first venture, GoLoyal, was an email marketing, website/landing page design and social media company that he founded in 2005.  When he started the company, many small and medium sized businesses were unaware of the importance of email marketing.  Throughout the company life cycle, GoLoyal created a niche with franchises, manufacturers, service, b2b and retail type businesses helping them grow through customer acquisition and retention.  The company was acquired in 2015.


Hennes was also Founder & CEO of WebOpenings, a ground-breaking first-to-market multi-sided yield management booking platform for small businesses (spas, salons, medi-spas and yoga/pilates studios).  He pioneered the bi-drectional integration with leading point of sale (POS) software systems for seamless booking.  WebOpenings created an end-to-end strategy to automate last-minute bookings for multi-unit small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to fill unused inventory and optimize revenue.  The company was acquired in 2017 by Jeffrey Katz who was the founder of Mercury Payments Systems which sold to Vantiv for $1.65 Billion.  WebOpenings still runs today under the name of
